NEW ONLINE PAYMENT OF FEE FOR RESIDENCE AND WORK PERMITS

From 1 July 2019, The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Denmark including all Danish diplomatic missions are introducing online payment of the Embassy fee for residence or work permit.

The Embassy fee should be paid online using this link https://dys.um.dk/permit/

The printed receipt for the payment should be submitted at the Danish Embassy in Tel Aviv when you hand in your passport, relevant documentation and supply biometrics.

Please note that in R/W permit cases there are two fees to be paid.

1) The fee to either The Danish Immigration Service or The Danish Agency for International Recruitment and Integration (SIRI)

2) the fee to the Danish embassy (using the link https://dys.um.dk/permit/)

RESIDENCE AND WORK PERMITS - APPLICATION PROCEDURE FOR NON-EU NATIONALS

It is necessary to make an appointment before handing in your application at the embassy. Applications have to be submitted in person at the Embassy.

As from 21st May 2012 Danish residence cards must contain biometrics (digital photograph & signature and fingerprints of 10 fingers).  Children under 6 (age 6 minus 1 day) are not required to give fingerprints.

Please note the following:

You will require
a "Case Order ID" (obtainable online) and pay a fee (payable online) before submitting your application to the Embassy. The application fee is payable to the Danish Agency for Labour Retention and International Recruitment in addition to the fee charged by the Embassy. Applications should normally be made in your home country or in the country where you are currently residing.

Please read the guidelines on the front of the form “How to apply” carefully before making an application (the application process must be started by your employer in Denmark before you apply), state your Case Order ID and provide refund information in the appropriate boxes on the form, enclose payment receipt with your application.

Please note that if you have not obtained a Case Order ID and made the payment online before you submit your application, the Danish Agency for International Recruitment and Integration may reject your application.

Please note that the permit must always be collected in person.
